We had a great stay here! The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. The service was excellent, especially at the reception and reservation desks. The staff, Mr. Tanmoy and Ashish Kumar, were incredibly courteous, making us feel right at home. The interiors were also great, and the staff was always friendly. The restaurant was fantastic, offering some delicious food. We really appreciated the staff's continuous efforts to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Located near a bustling shopping mall, the hotel provides easy access to various attractions. Mr. Avinash at the restaurant offers the best breakfast experience with live egg, dosa, and tea counters. The room and bathroom are spacious, spotless, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Some staff members could benefit from improved communication skills, as reported by a guest.

Breakfast options were diverse, including Japanese and Gujarati dishes as well as continental and Indian fare. Reception staff, including Pankaj and Tushali/Kushali, were helpful and made my check-in and check-out easy. Swapnil, the Duty Manager, went above and beyond in organizing a hotel car and providing excellent service. The tea stall concept at breakfast was a highlight, and the comfortable rooms were enhanced by great lighting. The gym and small swimming pool added extra options for a comfortable stay.

Had an amazing Easter weekend stay with family! Loved the little Easter treats and decoration that added to the festive vibe. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we felt safe with the extra measures taken by the staff. the complementary breakfast and airport shuttle service were a wonderful touch.

The check-in process could have been smoother and the staff seemed to lack the warmth and friendliness that is expected in the hospitality industry. the lobby and cafe area could have been cleaner.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room offered a great view of the surrounding area. the hotel was conveniently located near popular food chains like Mc Donald's and Dominos.

The check-in process was a bit troublesome as there was no assistance provided and I had to stand for a long time. The breakfast spread was not up to par with my expectations.

Poor communication - no one answered calls, had to go down to get promised cake and beverages.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was exceptional. The staff provided excellent service, fulfilling all of our exclusive needs, including access to the indoor swimming pool and full-body massages at the spa center. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the convenience of the in-room breakfast option. The private facilities in our room added to our luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we experienced was some noise from other guests during a function. However, it did not significantly impact our stay at the venue.
