Excellent staff, especially Neel, Rahul, and Sanehlata who provided exceptional customer service and made me feel like an important guest. Swift check-in and checkout process. Good play area for kids. Great food, with Durga providing attentive service during dining. Indoor swimming pool and touchscreen play area were enjoyable. Elegant and delicious meals handled by considerate and courteous staff. Convenient location for business parks and local amenities.

The square restaurant inside the hotel provides an extensive buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring a variety of delicious options. Additionally, guests have praised the nearby restaurants, which offer a diverse range of cuisines, allowing for even more dining choices.

Some guests have mentioned that the access roads leading to the hotel can be poor in condition, which may pose a slight inconvenience.

The hotel's free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast were nice perks. The location was also convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooftop pool provided a pleasant escape from the bustle of the city.

The room was quite dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The overall customer service experience left a lot to be desired.

The staff were excellent, especially Neel at Terrain, Rahul at Chez Nous, and Sanehlata from Front of House. The rooms were clean, and the service from room service and front office staff was professional and courteous. They even treated our pet well. The management was flexible and addressed any complaints.

Loved the delicious food, especially the breakfast, lunch, and dinner spread. The desserts were also fantastic. The Birthday Cake for my daughter's 18th birthday was perfectly made and yummy. The front desk staffs were really bad.

Excellent Cuisine at Blue Terrain Restaurant

We had the pleasure of dining at the Blue Terrain restaurant during our stay at Novotel. The food was exceptional, thanks to Chef Simran who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, tucked away from the main road, creating a peaceful dining experience. The service from Alamin and Sandip was top-notch as well. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent cuisine.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The indoor swimming pool and sauna provided a relaxing break from my busy schedule, and I enjoyed the full body massage at the Spa centre. The restaurant offered exquisite cuisine, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs.

This minor issue did not greatly impact my overall positive experience at the hotel. I highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
