I ordered breakfast for one, but somehow they kept charging me for two meals. Then, their generous attempt to book a cab made me end up at the wrong station! Luckily, I didn't miss my train, but the mix-ups were amusing. the attention to detail was, shall we say, a bit scattered, but it made for an entertaining stay.

The pool vibes were on point, and the in-house entertainment kept us hyped. the location was clutch, close to all the dope spots we wanted to hit up.

Just wishing they had a more bumping nightlife scene in the hotel for us to keep the party going even after hitting the town!

Located in an extremely noisy neighbourhood, Novotel offers a convenient stay for those arriving by train as it's close to Lucknow City railway station. The hotel is surrounded by malls, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a comfortable room with well-designed interiors and modern amenities. The prompt and courteous service is commendable, as the housekeeping promptly addressed a smoking smell issue in one reviewer's room. The hotel also offers a small gym with views of the rooftop pool, a large bar restaurant, and a rooftop speciality Asian restaurant.

I had a fabulous experience at Novotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The restaurant staff in particular went above and beyond to ensure I had a great dining experience. The food at dinner was delicious and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel had two complementary offers- a free Easter egg and a bottle of wine which was really nice. the location of the hotel was great, it was in the heart of the city and very close to the malls and markets. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, especially during the sunset.

The taste of many dishes was not up to the mark and some of them were very oily. We were really hoping for a better meal during the festivities.

We had a truly luxurious stay here. the exclusive amenities surpassed our expectations, especially the spa lounge with their top, notch full body massage and relaxing steam room. the rooftop infinity pool and sun terrace provided stunning views of the skyline. the restaurant on, site served delicious in, room breakfast and poolside snacks. the private facilities were top notch and the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The staff was not very friendly upon check, in and we had to request extra toiletries several times. this minor issue did not affect our overall luxurious experience, and we would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a high, end hotel with top, notch amenities.
