We faced a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to arrange transportation and medical care. They even prepared special meals for my son. we had a comfortable stay with good amenities. Despite the parking and front desk issues mentioned in the database reviews, we did not encounter any such problems. I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Vijayawada.

The breakfast area has a lot of events, which is nice, and the staff at the breakfast area are great. Additionally, there is a nice walking area nearby that we enjoyed.

my recent stay in vijayawada was amazing. novotel went above and beyond. the food spread was great, AC was fantastic, and the gym had top-notch equipment. the walking track was a unique touch. can't wait to return!

Here, we enjoyed an exclusive and luxurious stay with amazing facilities like the gym, rooftop pool, and terrace area. The location was perfect and the food from the restaurant was impressive with chefs that offered a wide range of delicious meals. The staff members here provided top-quality service and the room amenities were impressive and well-maintained.

Although the stay here was nearly perfect, we encountered a minor issue with the staff at the terrace area who were a bit rude. As parents with a young child, we felt embarrassed and insulted when we were reprimanded for our child inadvertently breaking the dress code rule.

Spent a lovely Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience! Loved the complimentary gifts and activities such as the Xmas dinner and caroling, and the room was very clean and comfy. The location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of tasty food to start the day.

There were a few areas that could have been improved. our room had a strange odor that was unpleasant at times.

I had a great value for my money at Novotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location provided a stunning view of the pool and mountains. The staff treated me with warmth and professionalism, making my stay enjoyable.
