Comfortable and super clean room. Friendly and helpful reception. Promptly provided a heater for a cozy stay during a cold streak. Great location near Glenary's and pedestrian street. Easy walk to train station. Excellent restaurant with tasty food

The city hotel had everything I needed for my trip. What I liked most were the location and the helpful staff. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from a popular mall. It is perfect for people who like to stay in the center of the action. The staff was amazing, always available and happy to help with any request. What I enjoyed most was the delicious breakfast.

Although the hotel was great, there was one downside. The restaurant only served vegetarian food.

Our stay at Olive By Tej Hotel And Resorts was fantastic! The location was perfect, just across from Glenary's, and the room was impeccably clean. We were in a festive season and couldn't arrange a car, but the wonderful Sarika helped us out and saved the day. We are so grateful for her assistance. The entire experience was great!
