We had a great time staying at Olive Calangute Niwasa. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, making us feel right at home. The manager, Mandeep Singh, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The newly renovated interior of the room was lovely and we had a fantastic stay. Despite the narrow street leading to the hotel and the limited activities on-site, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow our positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was great, just a short walk to the nearest supermarket and some restaurants. The staff were really friendly and always had a genuine smile on their faces. The rooms were spacious and modern, with newly renovated interiors. Free WiFi was available throughout the hotel.

The lack of lift made it slightly inconvenient for my elderly mother to climb the stairs. , in one of the rooms, the drainage pipe for the basin was extended externally which caused an unpleasant smell after use.

It would be great if all rooms were equipped with the same kitchen amenities, as some have inductions and fridges while others have ovens and fridges.
