Excellent hospitality and cleanliness experience

The stay was highlighted by the exceptional hospitality from the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. the hot water availability and efficient room heating added to the comfort of the stay. However, there were cleanliness issues such as dirty towels and broken bathroom amenities that need improvement for a better guest experience.

the hotel has great potential, good food, and a prime location in old Srinagar. the staff was friendly, and the upgraded rooms made us feel safe. Room for improvement in water pressure and professionalism, but I enjoyed my time there.

During our stay at Opera Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable rooms with AC. The breakfast provided was good and the location of the hotel was convenient. The staff, particularly Munazza and Farman, went above and beyond to make us feel like family, even upgrading our rooms for free. We also felt safe and secure at the hotel. We were a group of girls on a hiking trip and the hotel kindly stored our non-hiking belongings for free. Seeing many families staying at the hotel as well reassured us of its family-friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Opera Inn, especially for families.

While the entrance of the property was narrow and the drinking water for the room was chargeable at a higher price, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience at Opera Inn.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location is excellent - it is close enough to the city center but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable - they are always on top of everything you ask them for and their service is impeccable. The room was spacious with great amenities such as air conditioning, coffee and tea supplies, and flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers many extra services, like laundry and car hire, making everything very convenient.

This venue is slightly away from the city center, but taxis are available to take you there. We recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main city center and only a short distance from the stunning Dal Lake. the rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely well-equipped, with central heating and hot water available 24/7. the staff is incredibly polite and helpful, always happy to go the extra mile to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious food options, including mouth-watering Kashmiri non-veg dishes. the hotel arranged for a knowledgeable taxi driver who helped us make the most of our time in the area.

While we had access to hot water, we found that the shower water pressure needed improvement. However, these were minor issues that did not detract from the overall wonderful experience we had at this hotel.
