This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is excellent - you get so much for what you pay. The attention to detail is also impressive, with thoughtful touches like providing moisturizer, hand wash, and body wash. Additionally, the location in the city center is very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. Chef Aminul Talukdar went above and beyond to cater to our requests, even serving dishes not listed on the menu. The rest of the staff were polite, well-mannered, and prompt in their service. The rooms were spacious, with a balcony offering a pleasant view. The bathrooms were also spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast had multiple options, catering to various preferences.

One of the things I disliked was the limited options available for breakfast. the desktop manager's lack of smile was off-putting.
