Friendly staff and good location, but cleanliness needs improvement

The staff members were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. the hotel is conveniently located in Rohini Sector 24, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom fell short of expectations, with visible stains on the bedsheets and overall untidiness. Improvement in cleanliness standards would greatly.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at this hotel. the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. the room was spotless, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy. the breakfast was delicious and served promptly.

The room was a bit on the smaller side. It would be great if they could improve the size of the rooms to provide guests with more space.
