Airport transfer was easy, safe, and comfortable. Clean rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and useful information. Staff fluent in multiple languages, including Japanese. Highly recommend.

The hotel was well situated in a friendly and safe neighborhood, with walking distance to restaurants and a small park. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional, catering to our every need. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and Indian options, and the price we paid was very reasonable, including pick-up and drop-off service, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast.

One minor issue was quickly resolved by the staff.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the variety of food offered and the friendly staff who always made me feel welcome. the hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to public transportation and many nearby restaurants. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi provided in the hotel rooms.

One aspect I didn't like was that the rooms were a bit small. the noise level in the hotel was a bit high, which made it difficult for me to sleep.
