We spent five days there and it was the perfect getaway for our family. The cabins were incredibly comfortable and provided a sense of home away from home. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the lake from the garden, which made for stunning photo opportunities. The manager, Mr Jobin, was so friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. All the staff members were courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were especially grateful for their service of delivering food to our cabin, making it easier for us to tend to our child. The resort's location near the bird sanctuary was another plus point.

The breakfast options were quite limited and the staff seemed confused about what was available. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues in the rooms, including mold in the A/C and dust on the bed frame.

This hotel offers a truly pleasant getaway by the beautiful backwaters of Kumarakom. The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful holiday with stunning lake views that you must experience, especially the breathtaking sunrise at 6:30am. The one side of the resort is shared with the backwaters, allowing guests to enjoy a mesmerizing sunset while lounging by the pool. The staff's hospitality is commendable, going above and beyond to cater to special requests like preparing customized food for our 1-year-old. Their attention to detail and prompt service were very much appreciated.

Just a minor suggestion for improvement: the breakfast could have been a lot better, not matching the same standards as the delightful buffet dinner on the lawn in the evenings.

As a bigger group of friends, we absolutely loved the stunning views of the backwaters and the beautiful resort surroundings with palm trees and flowers. The swimming pool was a great attraction, perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff were incredibly supportive and accommodating, even delivering food to our cottage so we didn't have to leave with our little one. The breakfast and lunch served were also delicious.

One of the major downsides of my stay was the issue with mosquitoes. There were way too many mosquitoes in and around the resort, and it seemed like no effective measures were being taken to control them.

They went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Secondly, the location of the resort was breathtaking. We had stunning views of the backwaters, and watching the sunset from our cottage was truly mesmerizing. Additionally, the resort had a beautiful pool that added to the overall relaxation and fun.
