The cramped breakfast setting felt chaotic, making it a less enjoyable experience overall.

checking in took so long, like 30 mins, and not a single glass of water was offered. breakfast was like a dull repeat of yesterday’s meal! and for being treated like everyone else, I expected a complimentary upgrade, but no, just the bare minimum instead. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

AC worked well, but bathroom needed better upkeep.

Befitting the location, a swift shuttle service provided convenience for travel. The breakfast was hygienic, with enough variety to satisfy our tastes,,, special thanks to Davinder singh who was exceptionally helpful during mornings.

Despite a beautiful setting, the experience felt average overall. Food options remained limited, creating repetitive meals throughout my stay,,, and the service from reception staff left much to be desired.

The staff truly excelled in hospitality! Their prompt service made check-in and check-out seamless and enjoyable. Room service surpassed expectations, especially with that delightful masala tea.

I had a great time at this hotel for two nights. The staff was super friendly and helped me find the best place to grab a late-night snack after a long day. I also loved the complimentary breakfast, especially those tasty fresh dosas! A highlight for me was the friendly service from Sumit, who made sure everything was perfect during my stay.

Dude, the staff here is, like, totally awesome! Everyone was super friendly, from check-in to the restaurant. Our room was comfy, and I loved the food. The buffet was a bit much for us, but the vibe at breakfast was chill. It made our stay feel, like, really special, especially with the little details, ya know?

the hotel has a sophisticated gym and a refreshing pool to enjoy. the restaurant was closed if you wanted food here, had to walk far to the other property, which was inconvenient.

There was a strong scent in the lobby that was a bit overwhelming for me. I'd suggest improving the shuttle service and bathroom amenities.

It was just an ideal choice for an overnight stop in Amritsar with great value for money. Enjoyed the South Indian snacks at breakfast, especially the fresh dosas and parathas. Try to get an airport view room for a nice view.
