The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to Park Street and all its attractions. The staff is attentive, friendly, and sincerely helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing guests with a comfortable experience. Guests can order food to their room from a nearby restaurant and receive a 20% discount. The breakfast, served in-room, is reasonably good and can be chosen from a menu card.

The hotel experienced frequent power outages, causing inconvenience for guests during their stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel on Park Street. The rooms at Park Suites were incredibly spacious and beautifully renovated. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were always willing to help. The location was perfect, with Oxford Book Store just across the street. Despite being in an old residential complex slightly off the street, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We highly recommend this hotel for its large rooms, convenient location, and helpful staff.

For me, there were no issues during my stay at Park Suites. 👌
