I recently stayed at Pearl Palace Heritage Boutique for 5 nights during my vacation in India. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a stunning work of art with beautiful decor and artwork throughout. My room was spacious, and I especially loved the large bathroom. The AC worked perfectly, and the price was definitely worth it. I've traveled to 14 other countries before, and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The whole property is beautiful, even the hallways are elaborately styled. Excellent sized room, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was really nice with a huge shower and great water pressure. The staff went over and above to help us and were all lovely. The restaurant was also very tasty and reasonably priced.

The hotel had a museum-like atmosphere with spacious, well-kept rooms and friendly staff. They served juice upon arrival and the breakfast nook was beautiful. The staff spoke English well and arranged transportation. Dinner at the sister hotel's restaurant was great.

Wow! What an amazing hotel! the staff were so friendly and helpful, even providing complimentary transport to the hotel when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, even offering to order sandwiches for us to take with us when we left early. the location was perfect, just a short distance away from the city wall. the room was beautifully decorated and clean, with unique and exciting themes throughout the hotel. We were blown away by the intricate and handmade art work, and the dining hall was simply breathtaking.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike about this hotel. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the couch in our room was a bit small.
