we had a fantastic stay at Perch Arbor Suites! the staff, especially Mr Amod, was incredibly helpful and kind. we were upgraded to a superior room and enjoyed the convenience of the nearby market for shopping, all while being close to the Fortis hospital. the hotel maintained high-quality food, making our experience truly enjoyable.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to both the Metro station and various attractions, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the staff here are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and hassle, free check, in process. the in, room breakfast service is a nice touch, allowing you to start your day comfortably without any rush.

One area for improvement could be the availability of toiletries in the bathrooms and perhaps speeding up the room cleaning process between guests. This small enhancement could and comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at this hotel, especially the satisfying Parathas. The location was ideal, close to HUDA city center metro, with a reasonable price for a hassle-free stay. The staff was discreet and accommodating, making check-in smooth and pleasant. Although minor issues were present in the room, the overall experience was positive.

Additionally, the guest house had a gym that guests could use for free. it was a fantastic experience.

That the main entrance gate could be a bit difficult to operate at times, requiring multiple attempts to open it. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the guest house.

Located near sick entertainment spots, we hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS for a wild night out and then chilled at the awesome FAMILY-friendly park nearby. the vibe was on point, and we were living our best teenage life!

Could use more happening nightlife options for us party animals to keep the party going all night long!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water and free Wi-Fi that were offered. the hotel’s location was also quite convenient, as it was situated near popular shopping malls and restaurants. I enjoyed the fresh linens and comfortable bed.

Sadly, the hotel’s maintenance seemed to be lacking. the paint was peeling off the walls and the hot water in the shower was barely lukewarm.
