My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the room was spacious, clean, and had a smart TV with streaming platforms. the breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of items to choose from. the staff, especially Mr Wilson, were extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. the location was good, with easy access to shopping areas. the pool, sauna facilities, and spa services were top-notch. I was very satisfied and would definitely return.

One area for improvement could be the lobby, which lacked seating and coziness. It would be nice to have more comfortable seating options waiting for taxis or checking out.

the hotel is super clean - the location is convenient for shopping, and the staff are very helpful. i really enjoyed trying the telugu cuisine at vivaha bhojanumbu.

Loved the restaurant and bar, felt like a VIP with 24/7 concierge service, and the airport shuttle made me feel like a celebrity. Spencer Plaza Mall was practically my neighbor! So posh!

the newness of the property was evident in the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. the smart TV with streaming capabilities and the amazing breakfast spread, featuring both Indian and Western options, truly stood out. the small pool, always empty and adjacent to a convenient shower, was a pleasant surprise. With brand new sauna facilities, a bakery stall offering delicious treats at reasonable prices, and efficient staff, our experience was wonderful. Thank you, Pharos Hotels, for a memorable stay.

The database was extremely user-friendly, making it easy to search for and access information. the room was wonderful and clean, with two separate beds that were very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep around 9pm, feeling refreshed and ready for the next day.

The wifi signal in the database area was a bit weak at times, causing some minor frustration when trying to access online resources.

The hotel is in a great location, which made it convenient to explore the city during my trip. the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which added to my comfortable stay. I also appreciated the good buffet breakfast they offered, with a range of food options to choose from.

the air conditioning in my initial room was not working properly, and it took some time to get it resolved. Lastly, while the hotel was good, it seemed a bit overpriced compared to other places I have stayed in with similar facilities.

We stayed at a newly built hotel located in the heart of the city. the amenities provided were luxurious and exclusive. Our room was well-equipped with private facilities and had a great view. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and beautiful. Staff members were friendly and prompt in their service. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a variety of dishes to choose from.

The prices were slightly higher than expected, but it did not ruin our overall experience.
