my recent stay at haridwar was exceptional, but pilibhit house truly surpassed all expectations. the serene ambience and exceptional staff made it a haven of peace. from the friendly and helpful staff to the incredible food and beautiful private ghat for a dip in the ganga, it was truly a memorable experience.

The food was tasty, and the location was great as it was close to tourist attractions. the cultural programs were enjoyable.

The service was not up to par. We had to repeatedly ask for toiletries, towels, and pillows for the third guest in our room.

Luxurious and Exclusive Amenities Staying here was a truly luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the warm welcome ceremony and seamless check-in process set the tone for a fantastic stay. the heartwarming service at the restaurant and live music created a relaxing atmosphere. the range of activities, including yoga sessions and cultural programs, offered plenty of opportunities to unwind. the spa and wellness centre provided excellent services, including full body massages and steam rooms. the infinity pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying stunning views. With such excellent service, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

I had to keep calling reception to remind them to add on toiletries and towels, as they only provided for two people instead of three.

During our recent stay at Pilibhit House, we were amazed by the beautiful property and its historical charm. The old palace situated on the banks of the Ganga was truly a sight to behold. The warm welcome we received upon arrival was exceptional, with thoughtful gifts and extra treats in our room. The balcony in our room provided a breathtaking view of the Ganga, creating a truly special experience. The room itself was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with luxurious bathroom amenities.

Although we were unable to participate in all of the hotel's programs and activities, such as yoga and aarti, due to our jet lag, we appreciated the effort put into organizing these events. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

A sublime and refined experience with warm welcome ceremony, seamless check-in, heartwarming service, access to the Ganges, range of activities.
