During my Xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money offered at this hotel. the location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. the room was spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a wide variety of options, suited for both North and South Indian tastes. the beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Although my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few points that could have been improved. the room I was given had no view and faced inward.

The food in general was of very good quality, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available. Additionally, the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly helpful, ensuring that my room was kept tidy and well-maintained.

While the overall experience at Playotel Premier was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the check-in time was too late and the check-out time was early.
