During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a truly wonderful experience that stands out from my previous stays. the staff, from guards to managers, were incredibly courteous and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the hotel's location on a hillside provides spectacular views of the Seven Sister Waterfall and the vast valley below, creating a truly magical atmosphere. the infinity pool was a highlight, with its stunning backdrop of the mountains, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Sohra house, the dining hall, offered delicious meals, and the service by Souvik, Ngeinu, and Vishal was exceptional. the spa experience was rejuvenating, thanks to the expert guidance of Somnath. the hospitality and facilities at the hotel exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable stay.

There are some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. The corners of the rooms are not properly maintained and the walls have scuff marks.

Surrounded by nature, had a blast exploring. Mr Niroj was a delight. Enjoyed dining at Ginger with the hanging bike. Loved Polo Lake Resort in Neermahal.

Located in a popular tourist destination, this hotel had a great view of the surrounding mountains and natural attractions. the breakfast spread was decent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best things about this hotel was the spacious, well-decorated rooms that were comfortable to stay in.

Apart from the rooms, there wasn't much to like about the place. the amenities were subpar, and the hotel restaurant didn't have much variety in the menu.
