We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel nestled in the middle of nature. The location of this place is simply breathtaking, surrounded by snow-clad mountains and a peaceful river flowing through the property. We were treated like royalty by the management and staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities, providing us with enhanced comfort throughout our stay. The hotel also offers a range of services such as room service, car hire, and laundry, making our experience even more convenient. We were able to disconnect from the outside world and fully immerse ourselves in the tranquility of this place.

The view from the hotel room is breathtaking. the staff was friendly, and they helped us every time we needed it. the food served during Christmas dinner was delicious. the hotel is located close to a river, which provides a relaxing ambiance.

The rooms were too cold, even with the heater on full. the bathroom did not have enough space to hang clothes.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering picturesque views of the snow-capped mountains. The staff is attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The food is delicious, especially the Indian dishes, and the hospitality is top-notch. guests can enjoy various activities such as sitting by the river or taking a morning trek in the nearby jungle.

There could be some improvement in cleaning the carpets to ensure a more hygienic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Prakriti Aalay - Boutique Eco Resort. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy and rustic feel. The public areas were tastefully decorated, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We were even treated to an evening of entertainment organized by the owners, showcasing the local cultural talent. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of heater in one of the rooms and limited privacy in the bathroom, we were overall extremely satisfied with our stay. The resort definitely offered the best views of the frost covered mountains and provided us with a peaceful and serene environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Dharamshala.
