I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kolkata! the staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. the room service was prompt, and the housekeeping was excellent. the bar and restaurant had a great variety of dishes, and breakfast was really nice with a good number of options. the spa & wellness centre was just awesome, offering a range of relaxing treatments. the location was perfect, making it easy to get a cab at any time.

One thing that could be improved is the wifi connectivity and speed in the room, which was a bit patchy and slow at times. the hotel could work on enhancing the AC facilities in the common areas, especially in the lobby, for a more comfortable experience during late-night check-outs.
