We had a delightful stay at Taj Hotel & Convention Centre. The room was sparkling clean and exceptionally comfortable. The staff at Taj Hotel & Convention Centre were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and helpful. We were particularly impressed with Charu, the Guest Relation Manager, and Salman/Farhan who welcomed us with refreshing drinks. The restaurant served authentic and delicious Indian cuisine, fulfilling our culinary desires. The hotel also offered a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, adding to the charm of our stay. we highly recommend Taj Hotel & Convention Centre for a superb and memorable experience.

The hotel was a great value for money, with comfortable beds and prompt service. The staff, especially the manager, were very polite and helpful in providing advice about activities. The hotel was at a convenient location far from the busy area, but still within proximity to the Taj Mahal. The breakfast was awesome, with a great chef and fresh juices and shakes.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Taj Hotel & Convention Centre in Agra for a celebration, and it was an excellent experience. We were upgraded to a clean and comfortable room with no extra charge. The hotel went above and beyond by providing complimentary food and beautiful decorations. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the staff, especially Chef Mr. Toofan, were extremely courteous and hospitable. The manager, Ms. Charu, and the entire staff, made our stay truly memorable, and I highly recommend them. a fantastic hotel with great service.

As low-budget travelers, we were impressed with the generous-sized rooms, comfortable beds, and spacious showers. The restaurant staff was professional and even had the chef personally address my dissatisfaction with a dish, offering a replacement. The food was delicious and well-presented. The hotel's gym and pool were enjoyable amenities, and we appreciated dining by the poolside.

The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood with fantastic restaurants nearby. The location is very convenient and the amenities are great value for the price. The souvenir shop is a nice bonus for guests.

The hotel charges an exorbitant fee of 800 rupees plus tax to arrange a taxi to the train station.

the spa and wellness center was exceptional, offering a wide range of massages and treatments in a serene atmosphere. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. the Jacuzzi was a nice touch too.

The only drawback was the limited options at the snack bar. I wish they had more choices to try.

Enjoyed Christmas at a hotel with a great location, close to the main attraction. the hotel provided complimentary cookies and hot cocoa, which was a nice touch. the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and take in the view.

The staff seemed disorganized and not very friendly. Our room was not cleaned properly and it took multiple requests to get fresh towels.
