During my stay, I faced ongoing issues with the reception team who struggled to communicate effectively in English, which led to misunderstandings with my requests. Additionally, the room service was not reliable, as I experienced a lengthy delay in getting coffee at breakfast, having to ask three times before it arrived. I also encountered problems with the luggage handling as the single staff member appeared overwhelmed and unhelpful, which was incredibly frustrating.

The restaurant staff was, like, totally awesome! Especially the chef on duty—just killed it. The food options were legit, and they, like, really went above and beyond for us. Super grateful for that! Just a chill vibe throughout our stay, real nice. Loved the roof pool too!

The housekeeping team was amazing, especially Pankaj, always ready to help. The location is handy near the airport, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast had good options, just wish for more juice varieties.

Braw stay, mate! The breakfast had a cracking variety, both Western and Indian. But had a bit of a hassle with room access cards not working. had to trek to the front desk a few times. Overall, a grand experience!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The breakfast buffet was varied, hygienic, and delicious, and the professional staff made my stay genuinely enjoyable. The well-arranged rooms offered spectacular views, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring! Plus, the shopping mall at the bottom provided extra convenience for any last-minute needs.

The lobby was stunning, very inviting and gave that lavish feel right as we walked in. I loved how the staff was so caring, offering us water and being attentive, it made a difference during our stay.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you expect from a place like this.
