The breakfast experience was not enjoyable, with issues like a delay in fulfilling requests, buffet items and cutlery not being replenished on time, and congested seating arrangements.

Excellent WiFi connectivity throughout the hotel. Reception and housekeeping staff are friendly and go the extra mile to ensure guest comfort. The room cleaning service is exceptional. a perfect 10 in all departments.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities fulfilling our every need. The service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was truly relaxing. The swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were clean, with sun loungers provided for our utmost comfort. Live entertainment made our evenings even more enjoyable and our massages were done in a beautiful spa lounge with a treatment room. The restaurant served us delicious in-room breakfast while the bar had great drinks and snacks. Private facilities like the garden area and open-air bath were also available for us to use.

We did experience a minor issue with the salon services. The waxing and facial were not up to the mark, which was a letdown.
