The Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi is centrally located and well-maintained. Friendly staff, delicious in-room dining, but minimal breakfast choices. One hiccup with my room key was swiftly resolved. A special thank you to Fauziya and Amit for their exceptional hospitality. a pleasant stay with some minor glitches.

Chose the hotel for a conference due to great service. Early check-in, excellent guest relations, and prompt assistance, especially from Ms. Sanaya, made the stay remarkable. Delicious food, lovely ambiance, and accommodating staff enhanced the experience.

Lack of quick response from housekeeping for cookies with tea affected work meetings.

the staff's friendliness, well-maintained rooms, and efficient business facilities were exceptional. the front desk team, particularly Anand at the restaurant and Sanaya, provided top-notch service, making my stay truly special. the excellent in-room dining menu, comfortable room size, and convenient location near transportation hubs were also highlights.

The suite at Radisson Blu Ranchi felt like a luxurious haven with its spacious living room, comfy king-sized bed, and a large work desk. It was a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

I found the slow responsiveness of housekeeping a bit frustrating.

This hotel is a true luxury oasis in the midst of a not, so, clean city. the staff goes above and beyond to cater to every need, making us feel like VIPs. the centrally located venue allowed us to easily visit top attractions and shopping centers. The exclusive amenities such as the on, site restaurants serving delectable cuisine and the spa and wellness center offering massages and other treatments ensured we were pampered to the fullest. Cons: Although this hotel had minor issues such as difficulty locating it upon arrival, the quick check, in and out process made up for it. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were smaller than expected, making it tough to relax by the pool.

Conveniently located near markets and main road. Ambiance could use some updating but overall satisfactory. Have been a repeat guest and notice a slight decline in quality. Staff are not as friendly as before, which was a highlight.

Had a great weekend stay at a hotel in Ranchi! the hospitality was immense, and the hotel staff couldn't have been any more welcoming. Complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were greatly appreciated and added to the experience. the location was also perfect, allowing for easy access to local attractions.

While the room was comfortable and clean, the air conditioning unit wasn't functioning optimally, which made the room slightly uncomfortable. the shower pressure wasn't up to par, and it took longer than usual to get ready.
