We were disappointed when the rooftop restaurant was reserved for an outside party, excluding hotel guests. the manager's lack of apology was unacceptable. Nevertheless, the location and breakfast were delightful. I recommend this hotel.

Room Cleaning.

Front desk manager Rahul Bhanot and the helpful team made me feel at home. Only issue was with bathroom showers, hoping for improvement. A peaceful haven in Nathdwara! .

Our family had a delightful time at the hotel's Family Fun zone, complete with a mini water park and arcade games. the kids were thrilled, and we enjoyed quality family time together.

My wife says that the children's menu could offer more healthy options.

Friendly staff, great location for temple visit, yum veg food! One issue with shower pressure but manageable. Loved peaceful atmosphere and nearby mall for family fun. Chef and team were top-notch. There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooftop pool had stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and the service was excellent. the staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the city's attractions. the hotel was in a great location for visiting the main temple, which was only a short drive away.

The buffet dinner options were limited, and we felt that more variety was required. While the rooms were clean and well-appointed, they were slightly small, which made it difficult for us to move around comfortably when travelling with our infant.
