The staff at the hotel was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, even giving us a ride in their own car when the shuttle was unavailable. the breakfast buffet was top-notch with a massive spread and live counters for eggs, Dosa, and Pancakes - truly amazing! Unfortunately, the room had a bit of a funky smell that the staff tried to cover up with air freshener, but once we opened the windows. 🌸

My stay at Radisson was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the meals were delicious, and the room was beautifully decorated. I even had a special surprise for my wife's birthday with a decorated room and a cake cutting ceremony organized by the hotel. It made our trip extra special and memorable. The location of the hotel was also great, being away from the main city but still close to the Mall road. I highly recommend this hotel for a soul-touching experience.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The breakfast spread was not up to the level of Radisson's standards and the Indian menu was not good.

our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The hotel is located in a slightly congested area, a little away from the center, but it offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, providing a relaxing ambiance after a long day of exploring the hilly areas. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, offering all necessary amenities. The service at the hotel was commendable, with friendly and helpful staff members. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.

The hotel did have a minor drawback. Guests had to pay for a 3-minute ride to reach the entrance of the mall.

We had a weekend getaway at a hotel in the hill station. Two standout features were the comfortable beds and the stunning valley views from the room. the hotel was strategically located near the town center and we enjoyed exploring the local attractions. the hotel staff were quite attentive and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

It was quite expensive and lacked the quality we were expecting. the hotel infrastructure was not friendly for guests with disabilities as there were many stairs to navigate and no ramps available.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel and enjoyed exclusive amenities such as the spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and full body massage. The restaurant served exceptional food and the room had exclusive advantages like a private terrace with a stunning view. The location was perfect for a tranquil getaway.

There was a minor issue with the service during our stay that could have been improved. We found that the staff at the bar/lounge area were slightly slow in taking orders at times.
