stayed at a peaceful shimla hotel, but radisson tops them all. clean interiors, yummy food, helpful staff, and stunning valley views. a must for leisure travellers.

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, even giving us a ride in their own car when the shuttle was unavailable. the breakfast buffet was top-notch with a massive spread and live counters for eggs, Dosa, and Pancakes - truly amazing! Unfortunately, the room had a bit of a funky smell that the staff tried to cover up with air freshener, but once we opened the windows. 🌸

My stay at Radisson was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the meals were delicious, and the room was beautifully decorated. I even had a special surprise for my wife's birthday with a decorated room and a cake cutting ceremony organized by the hotel. It made our trip extra special and memorable. The location of the hotel was also great, being away from the main city but still close to the Mall road. I highly recommend this hotel for a soul-touching experience.

The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, offering all necessary amenities. The service at the hotel was commendable, with friendly and helpful staff members. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.

It was quite expensive and lacked the quality we were expecting. the hotel infrastructure was not friendly for guests with disabilities as there were many stairs to navigate and no ramps available.

We found that the staff at the bar/lounge area were slightly slow in taking orders at times.
