The infinity pool was a hidden oasis amidst the tranquil surroundings, making us feel like we were swimming in a picturesque painting. the Ayurveda treatments were a rejuvenating experience, leaving us refreshed and invigorated to explore more of Munnar.

Steps in villa inconvenient.

I truly adored the cozy decor and comfortable seating areas in the hotel, making it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. the easy accessibility of the hotel, with minimal steps and helpful staff, was a blessing for senior folks like me.

One thing that could make the vacation even better for senior people is improved guidance from the children working there.

Our stay at Ragamaya Resort & Spa was for relaxation, and we spent three peaceful nights there. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness were outstanding, from check-in to dining recommendations. We appreciated the free room upgrade due to a minor issue. the picturesque lake view from the restaurant was breathtaking, complemented by delicious meals. the team's excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable.

Felt just like home, nothing to complain about.

I felt like I was in a real-life fairytale. the surroundings were stunning, and the staff were super. the food was yummy too, apart from one oily dish. But the room layout was a bit tricky for my mom's knee. the team was sweet, though. All in all, a memorable stay. Cheers to the team for making it special!

Nestled in a serene location, the resort offers a tranquil escape with stunning views of mountains and a lake. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide helpful assistance. The complimentary ironing service is a thoughtful touch. The on-site cafe/restaurant offers picturesque views and delicious meals. An interesting visit to a local herb farm adds to the memorable experience.

The breathtaking views at the cafe/restaurant overlooking the lake truly made my stay memorable. The helpful and friendly staff added to the positive experience. Despite some room leakage issues, the resort quickly upgraded us to a premium view room at no extra cost, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The one downside was the unfortunate laundry incident, with an unwelcoming director handling the situation poorly.

Stunning views of Ponmudi lake. Excellent service and cleanliness. Special thanks to Shyama for taking care of our kid and arranging a birthday cake. Basil, the driver and tour guide, went above and beyond.
