The staff at Ragamaya Resort & Spa are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure a great vacation. The resort offers a karaoke night and a small casino, perfect for people who enjoy these activities.

Felt just like home, nothing to complain about.

We had an incredible stay at this serene resort nestled in the lush greenery of a jungle. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be close to nature. The in-house Sameera restaurant served delicious vegetarian and vegan options that satisfied our palate. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the peaceful ambiance of the resort.

We did encounter some issues with the room key and the room service, which was slightly disappointing.

Recently I went on a city break, and I stayed in a scenic hotel that exceeded my expectations. The idyllic vibes and beautiful surroundings were the best aspects of my stay. The hotel offered the most astonishing views of lush valleys and serene lakes, creating a paradise-like ambiance. The fantastic food options were an added perk, with plenty of delicious options to choose from for breakfast and dinner. The hotel's friendly staff were accommodating and always there to help when needed. Its central location made it easy to explore the city without any hassle.

Although I loved almost everything about the hotel, the music played by some guests could be heard throughout the rooms and even in public areas. , the limited menu for children was a bit disappointing.

This hotel was beyond luxurious, we were pampered with exclusive amenities and our every need was met promptly. The Spa & wellness centre was impeccable, offering a variety of massages and beauty treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The swimming pool was an oasis in itself, with a stunning outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and a wonderful sun terrace. The restaurant had an outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities, and a snack bar offering special diet menus and packed lunches.

The only minor issue we faced at this hotel was the timing of the restaurant. It was not open 24 hours and sometimes we had to wait until it opened to grab a bite to eat.
