They always had a warm and welcoming attitude, making sure all my needs were taken care of. the breakfast at the Coffee Scape restaurant was delightful, with a variety of options, both Western and Indian cuisines available. the location is nice and close to major places in Navi Mumbai, making it convenient for travellers who need to stay in this area.

One thing that could be improved is the feeling of aloofness around the property at night. It might be helpful to have better lighting or clearer signage to make guests feel more secure during late hours.

Time to spill the beans on my Ramada Navi Mumbai stay! Pros: the food was like a Bollywood blockbuster – sensational! Top-notch staff and a dreamy swimming pool and gym. Plus, White Violet and Country Inn & Suites are just a hop, skip, and a jump away for delish options. Cons: the bathtub saga – a bit slippery, so be careful! And the facilities saw better days, but hey, a little sparkle can fix that, right? It's a sweet spot for a staycation. Fire all around!

We got a free upgrade to a sick room with a massage chair and bathtub. the staff was super cool and helpful. Definitely coming back for more fun!

It was a delight to savour both the authentic Indian and Western options. the hotel was located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, providing a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The maintenance of the rooms left a lot to be desired. the linens were a bit smelly and the rooms and corridors seemed a little dusty and unclean.

the service at the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, and the indoor swimming pool was just what I needed. the massage I booked was fantastic and truly luxurious. the sun terrace had some great sun loungers with a lovely view. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exquisite, with a variety of options for breakfast, restaurant buffet, and packed lunches.

I had a minor issue with the location and transportation. Although this hotel was luxurious and exclusive, the local auto rickshaw drivers were not always willing to take me to the Exhibition centre, which was inconvenient.
