On the day of departure, he assisted us when our bus got cancelled, rebooked it, and checked in to make sure we were okay. the breakfast spread was delicious and catered to all guests, with a lovely fruit platter awaiting us in our room upon arrival.

While the staff were cooperative and tried their best to address cleanliness issues promptly, there were intermittent problems with cleanliness that should be looked into more thoroughly to ensure a consistently clean stay for all guests. It would also be beneficial to improve the Wi-Fi speed and address maintenance issues in the bathrooms for a more seamless experience.

Our stay was marred by frequent power cuts, leaving us in complete darkness for up to three minutes each time. We suggest that the management provide each room with an LED light with battery back-up in case of power cuts or any other emergencies.
