had a wonderful quiet weekend in varkala and found a great homestay near the cliff, just 2 minutes walk. loved the peacefulness at night, you can even hear the waves! the room was clean with a comfy bed, and the lush garden surrounding the house was beautiful.

The beds were nice and reasonably comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I also found Rita to be a nice person, making my stay more pleasant. Despite the small kitchen, the rooms were spacious and allowed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the north cliff and restaurants but still maintaining a quiet atmosphere.

Although the hotel had some drawbacks, such as a run-down appearance and limited AC adjustment, I found that the positives outweighed the negatives. I would recommend this hotel for a satisfactory stay.
