My room had a beautiful view of the riverfront, and the tours/ticket assistance they provided was handy for exploring the nearby attractions like Umananda Temple and Fancy Bazar. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

One area for improvement could be the bathroom amenities. Having toiletries readily available in the rooms would be a nice touch.
