The apartment hotel provided a 24, hour concierge service, which was very convenient. Additionally, the presence of a pure vegetarian restaurant with delicious food was a highlight. It was also great that non, vegetarian food could be ordered and enjoyed in the comfort of our own room. the fully, equipped in, room kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, adding to the convenience. Moreover, the complimentary continental/Indian breakfast at the restaurant was a nice touch. the availability of high, speed Wi, Fi throughout the hotel was appreciated. the presence of amenities such as a gym and library made our stay more enjoyable. the staff was extremely helpful, giving us a homely feeling. the hotel also provided complimentary pick, up and drop, off services, which added to the convenience.

The biggest drawback of the hotel was its location. It was quite far from the city center, taking around 30 minutes to reach Haridwar city center on a good day.

the mobile charging point was not near the bed which made it difficult to use my phone while it was charging. there was no rack to keep the napkin in the bathroom which was a bit uncomfortable.
