I booked this hotel for a team retreat due to its convenient banquet halls in Dahisar-Mumbai. the facilities were neutral, serving the purpose for our gathering adequately.

Lack of prompt room service hindered my work efficiency during the stay.

Picture yourself diving into rich beef dishes at the restaurant and unraveling local culinary gems easily accessible nearby. the cozy rooms and swift room service add a touch of comfort, while Zomato delivery at the gate keeps the food scene exciting.

The reception staff's attitude felt a bit off, with a few hiccups like uncleaned pillow covers and missing toiletries. with a pinch of Mumbai charm, everything still sparkled like a Bollywood star on a red carpet.

the cleanliness of the room and comfortable bedding were standout features. the attentive and knowledgeable staff members, especially Sahil in F&B, and the delicious food exceeded our expectations. Convenient location, TV channel variety, and pleasant interactions with the Belldesk and Housekeeping staff added to our positive experience. a very good stay.
