We had an amazing Easter holiday at a hotel situated in the heart of the city. the free breakfast exceeded our expectations and the staff were always friendly and accommodating to our needs. We loved how close the hotel was to a shopping mall and other touristic sites, making our explorations easier and more enjoyable.

One of the bathroom doors couldn't lock, and we had to continuously call reception for towels and other essentials as they were not provided during room service. the Wi-Fi was limited, which made it difficult for our entire family to be connected at the same time.
