We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madurai. The staff, including Mr. Shankar, Mr. Rafikul, and Mr. Ujjval, made sure our stay was comfortable and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location on a wide main road with moderate traffic made it easy for us to visit all the tourist places in this city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff, including Chef Somu, accommodated all our requests. this hotel provided us with a truly memorable experience.

Celebrated the new year at a hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was hospitable and courteous throughout the stay. Two complementary facts offered upon check-in were a nice touch. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Enjoyed the gym facilities, which were well-maintained and equipped.

The room's cleanliness was subpar, with some hair found in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the food wasn't fresh.

The Margarita at Courtyard was absolutely amazing! The bartenders went above and beyond to make the perfect cocktail, exceeding all expectations. The restaurant also surprised me with a wonderful send-off, complete with cake and flowers.
