Friendly Staff and Great Service

During our recent stay at a hotel in Thanjavur, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional staff at Sangam Hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The restaurant staff provided excellent service and the food was delicious. We were also impressed with the prompt and efficient laundry service. the staff made us feel welcome and valued as guests.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with both a/c and a fan. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and efficient. The pool was well-maintained, with shade provided by trees. The dining room offered a large selection for breakfast, and the dinner options were tasty, with a choice of buffet or à la carte.

Felt absolutely spoilt during our stay, with no reason to complain.

We spent a lovely Easter weekend at a hotel that had all the amenities we desired and more. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary toiletries and clean towels daily. We enjoyed the exquisite food served by the restaurant staff, who were always willing to go the extra mile for guests. the hotel's location provided us with easy access to the local attractions, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. It would have been nice to have a bit more seclusion and space to relax in.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Thanjavur. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the magnificent Big Temple. It was so convenient to be able to explore this iconic landmark within minutes of leaving the hotel. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and were always available to assist me with any requests. Another highlight was the breakfast included option. The food was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start my day of sightseeing. this hotel provided great value for the price and I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my stay.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

We loved everything about our stay at Sangam Hotel! Joined rooms, free car park, and dormitory and meals for the driver were a great start. The hotel had a charming ambiance, helpful staff, and excellent service. The breakfast buffet and meals were delicious, and the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

Nothing could have been better.

One of the best things about this hotel is its great location. It is situated in the middle of town, close to markets and restaurants, which makes it very convenient for guests to explore the area. Another positive aspect is the spacious rooms with all the basic amenities provided. The staff is very courteous and attentive, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The buffet-style breakfast is also worth mentioning, offering a variety of delicious options.
