The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The location was convenient due to easy access to public transportation and local markets. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was not enough space in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. the air conditioning remotes were not provided in the room and needed to be requested from reception every time.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was really near the bus station for onwards travel and close to the centre. Additionally, there were markets nearby for convenient shopping. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Moreover, the breakfast served was delicious, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.
