Spent Xmas nestled in a gorgeous location, surrounded by nature. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with whatever we needed. the food was exquisite, one of the best meals we've had in a while! the massage was a highlight too. Definitely recommend strolling around the surrounding countryside, it's absolutely stunning!

In our first room, there was a slight damp smell and peeling walls. Hot water for the shower was lukewarm as well which was a bit of a bummer.

the room was spacious, clean and featured a lovely hot rain shower. the tropical rainforest feel of the garden area and sound of surrounding plants created a peaceful atmosphere. the on, site Ayurvedic centre provided top, notch massages using Indian hot oils and local treatments that were enjoyable and relaxing. the restaurant served delicious meals, and coffee made from their own grown beans was a bonus. Well, trained staff and friendly drivers were always happy to arrange travel to take you to town or the Tiger Reserve.

The checkout time could have been extended as the final checkout date coincided with New Year's Eve, not the most critical issue but a minor inconvenience.

My stay at the resort was exceptional. The property is well maintained and beautifully designed, surrounded by lush spice groves. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The highlight for me was the Ayurvedic Spa, where I received the most amazing natural wellbeing massage and treatments. The tranquil atmosphere, refreshing pool, and delicious food made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful retreat.

As bike riders, we loved the peaceful and calm atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The simple and well-cooked food, cultural programs in the evening, and the option for a suggested walk around the village added to our enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in arranging logistics.

Nothing it was perfect.

This cozy retreat near the highway offers 25 charming rooms and friendly staff ready to assist with a smile. Room service was prompt, and laundry service effectively cleaned our trekking gear. The lush green setting provides a serene rainforest experience, complemented by a variety of spa treatments and a delightful breakfast spread.

The location is perfect for adventure travelers looking for a peaceful retreat away from the busy town and national park. The hotel offers good facilities, including a pool and spa treatments. The rooms are comfortable, individual, and tranquil. The gardens are lovely to explore, with the opportunity to learn about spices. The restaurant serves great food, and the staff, in particular Anesh, are excellent and friendly. The overall stay is well worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience at Shalimar. the resort, staff, and facilities were excellent. the spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner, and strong WiFi made our stay enjoyable. the staff were attentive, kind, and always provided the best service. the location of the resort in the midst of the spice groves added to the amazing experience. We would definitely return to Amritara.
