On my stay at this hotel, I was blown away by the tremendous warmth and generosity extended to me by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was on cloud nine. The Duty Manager, along with Sethi, Sunny, Randeep, and Shougath. The resuscitating and quintessential hospitality provided made me feel like I was in an idealistic oasis. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch, and the panoramic views of this city from the higher floors were simply breathtaking. Additionally, the breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a variety of options to satisfy any appetite.

Complimentary valet parking and evening snacks are included, more than enough to keep hunger at bay. The rooftop bar on the 19th floor is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel’s admirable sanitization measures are definitely worth noting.

The Premium suites at Shangri-La Bengaluru offered breathtaking views of the city and palace. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the full-size windows allowed for an amazing view. The aquapharma bathtub with a peek of the city was a great way to unwind. The cafe, spa, pool, and gym facilities were outstanding.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

During our recent family visit, my kids and I were delighted by the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the city's main attractions. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and their impeccable service exceeded our expectations. The buffet breakfast featured various live counters in different "islands," where chefs prepared fresh dishes right in front of us. Our spacious room had breathtaking views of the city and luxurious furnishings, including a comfortable king-size bed. Additionally, we found the strong Wi-Fi connection and gym facilities to be top-notch. The next time we're in town, we'll be sure to visit the concierge desk to seek the efficient assistance of Ajit.

We encountered some minor issues with the hotel's salon and some restaurants, which were still in the process of opening during our stay.

We loved the panoramic view from our spacious and comfortable room. The culinary experience at the Indian and Chinese restaurants was top-notch, and the courteous housekeeping staff added to our enjoyable stay. we'd recommend this hotel.

This hotel oozed luxury with its exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, Spa & wellness centre and beauty treatment. The room advantages included a stunning view and private facilities, which were beyond our expectations. The restaurant, bar/lounge area and in-room breakfast provided us with delicious food options that catered to our dietary requirements. We loved the location advantages too, the hotel was situated in the heart of the city with easy access to entertainment options.

The service was fantastic, but there was a minor issue with housekeeping - one day, they forgot to replenish the coffee/tea in the lobby and the snack bar. In the end, we had to order room service which wasn't ideal, but the hotel quickly remedied the situation and it didn't impact our excellent experience.

Complementary desserts were good as well as the free parking. the location is perfect with various restaurants and shops around the area, which was convenient for us. the gym facility was excellent and we enjoyed working out in the mornings.

The air conditioning system was malfunctioning, and we were unable to control the temperature in our room, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. the room service took too long to attend to our requests, and they made mistakes with our orders.

shangri-la bengaluru exceeded my expectations during my stopover in bangalore. the spacious rooms felt like home, the staff made me feel at ease, and the breakfast spread was wonderful. the location was also convenient, being close to central bangalore. overall, a great experience.
