We had an absolutely excellent stay at Shangri-La in Delhi! We were so happy with our previous stay that we re-booked a week later. The teamwork at this hotel is outstanding, making everything work wonderfully. The buffet was amazing and mouthwatering, with kind and attentive staff. A special shoutout to our doorman Jitendra Rai, who went above and beyond for us during an emotional time. The front desk was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to change rooms. The club lounge was pleasant and breakfast was amazing. The location is convenient for dining and shopping. The concierge services were invaluable for planning and logistics.

The hotel also had a convenient messaging service through WhatsApp, allowing me to easily book spa treatments and city tours. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location near India Gate were all fantastic.

I stayed at Shangri-La for two days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located near India Gate and offers great value for money. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the gym center had brand new equipment. The room was comfortable and the room service was fast, friendly, and delicious. The concierge and staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

The location was great, with easy access to Connaught place and the market. We also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained rooms, as well as the variety of options at breakfast.

The lack of Indian cuisine and the excessive cost of a pizza and beer was a letdown. Additionally, the breakfast service was slow, with a long wait for a plain Dosa that had to be requested multiple times.

Good hotel with luxurious amenities that fulfilled my needs. The spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments including body scrub, massage, and full body massage. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with its relaxing Jacuzzi and spa lounge. The hotel's location provided easy access to various attractions and the staff provided an excellent service.

The Italian restaurant was a letdown with poorly trained staff and loud music that made sleeping on lower floors difficult. Despite this minor issue, the hotel offers many advantages including a beautiful garden area and private facilities.
