The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was comfortable and provided a much-needed rest after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel's communication regarding check-out times was confusing and inconsistent. Despite arranging for a late check-out for an additional fee, the hotel continued to call and ask about our departure time.

Spotless rooms and lobbies, friendly and warm staff, tasty and plentiful food even during odd hours, attentive and polite service, clean rooms and bathrooms.

The luxurious amenities provided here were impeccable. The Spa center offered a multitude of relaxing treatments, from full-body massages to foot massages, all of which were skillfully executed. The beautifully landscaped garden area and outdoor swimming pool provided a serene retreat. The restaurant served mouth-watering cuisine and the in-room breakfast provided a convenient option.

Although the experience was exceptional, I encountered one minor issue with the minibar being locked. However, the excellent service provided by the staff made up for it.

Upon arriving at Sheraton Grand, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my anniversary special, with thoughtful surprises and personalized service. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the delicious food in the buffet exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
