Ah, the joys of "luxury"! All I ask is that you spare your sanity and steer clear of this 5-star mystery. And to think, I actually paid for this "adventure"!

While the Shola Crown Resort in Munnar had a lovely location and friendly staff, there were some minor inconveniences like flies and proximity to septic tank. the WiFi was excellent, but the Crown Suite upgrade lacked a balcony and proper lighting. a good stay with room for improvement.

The lovely decoration in the dining area made me feel like dining in a royal palace. the spacious lobby and easy-to-navigate layout were perfect for senior guests like me. the hotel's wheelchair accessibility and helpful staff truly made my stay comfortable.
