The room at Silver Key Suites was cozy and had a lovely seating area. As a trekker, I appreciated the touch of having both a shower and a bath for relaxation after a long day.

The lack of packaged drinking water available was a downside for me.

One thing this hotel could improve on is providing more toiletries in the rooms. It would be nice to have a wider selection available.

Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, and the coffee was invigorating. the hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city's attractions. the view from the room was breathtaking: the city's skyline was visible!

The sheets and blankets were slightly stained, and the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked. the staff was a little unresponsive, and there was a lot of traffic noise that made it difficult to sleep at night.

The AC in the room was working perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The lights and other basic amenities were in good condition. Additionally, the hotel is located outside the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

I did notice that the blanket and bedsheet were not properly cleaned. The bathroom was also extremely dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nagpur station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are equipped with good air-conditioning and showers with decent heaters. The staff provides excellent service, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
