What a wonderful stay! The hotel's location was perfect, it was situated in the heart of the city and was within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were so helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries. The rooms were spick and span and the breakfast was delicious with five different options to choose from. What stood out to me especially was the night shift receptionist who made my arrival at 2 am a breeze and helped me get settled in quickly.

The bathroom floor was quite slippery and caused a little mishap. I wish they would have placed a rubber mat next to the shower to prevent any accidents from occurring.

I loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the action. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The best part was the night shift receptionist who made sure I had a peaceful rest after a long journey. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the ones from the nearby Indian restaurant "Banana Leaf." Even though there were a couple of minor issues with the bathroom floor and TV remote, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The dining restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed having breakfast in the outdoor dining area. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus too. We highly recommend this hotel to families.
