The food at Springfields was exceptionally good, especially the breakfast made to order. the staff was hospitable, and the property manager helped plan our trip to Narkanda. the vintage aesthetics and cozy atmosphere made for a unique stay. the garden area offered a lovely spot to enjoy Shimla's view. the hotel's live entertainment, BBQ facilities, and nearby landmarks like Manjathal Sanctuary and Laxminarayan Temple enhanced our family bonding and relaxation.

I chose this hotel for a board meeting due to its spacious 330 square feet meeting room, perfect for high-profile gatherings. the accommodation suited both business and leisure travelers. the heritage ambiance added charm to the stay.

One service lacking for my work was a dedicated business center for last-minute presentations or video conferences.

We loved the charming atmosphere and beautiful grounds at Springfields - A Heritage Palace Since 1902. The hotel's historic features and traditional furniture added to the overall charm of our stay. The views of the mountains from the hotel were absolutely spectacular. We also had the pleasure of enjoying delicious food during our stay, especially the breakfast. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We also appreciated the convenience of having a car and driver provided by the hotel. we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
