We had a pleasant stay with tidy rooms, helpful staff, and a convenient location near to landmarks and the city centre. the staff assisted with all our needs, including transportation to nearby places and a complimentary drop to the Airport.

From quickly providing us with an iron to even accompanying us to the nearby ATM, their attentiveness and care made us feel truly welcomed. the rooms were spacious, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family stay. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a hassle-free and accommodating experience. My wife says that for families with children, having a designated play area or kids' club would be a great addition to Hotel Triplets.

Spent my Christmas holidays at a hotel in Gurgaon and it was a great experience. the rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities. What I liked the most was the unlimited WiFi that was fast and easily accessible in all parts of the hotel. Plus, the location was ideal as it was close to the central business district and had a nearby market for all your shopping needs.

There were a few things that could have been better. the breakfast spread was a bit lackluster and could use some improvement.
