the rooms were super clean, offering great value for money. the staff, especially ashraf and team, were fantastic and always helpful. the location is convenient, close to the majestic metro station. we felt safe and would recommend this hotel to other travelers. the restaurant on-site also provided excellent room service. overall, a great choice for families as well.

The indulgent pastries at Ss Crown Inn were straight-up foodie dreams come true, making breakfast a delightful affair. the room was clean, the WiFi was on point, and the location was primo for exploring nearby restaurants like Hotel New Grand Restaurant and Udupi Sri Krishna Bhavan.

The staff's lack of international traveler know-how left a lot to be desired, and dealing with dietary requirements was a hassle. Light sleepers beware—the curtains let in too much light and the street noise can be a challenge.

The stay at Hotel Triplets Entertainment was fantastic for our family. the family-friendly atmosphere made our vacation memorable.
