Mr Sachin and his team were incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the room service was impeccable, with delicious breakfast cooked fresh every morning. the garden area was a serene spot to enjoy evening tea and snacks. the location, near popular attractions like St Patrick's Church and Satdhara Falls, made exploring the area a breeze. the staff, including the excellent manager, were very courteous and eager to assist with any request, from arranging safe transportation at night to suggesting the best local sights to visit.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the tricky approach to the property, which involves sharp turns and steep inclines. Guests should be prepared for hill-toe driving to navigate the challenging terrain.

The hotel exudes an old-world charm that is simply amazing. the staff including the manager went out of their way to provide exemplary service and make my stay comfortable. the location is ideal with a lovely garden area that offers breathtaking mountain views. Add to this the convenience of being within walking distance of the main market, and your stay here is complete. the in-room breakfast is a great touch and the private facilities are a luxurious bonus that will please any traveler.

The access road can be tricky, so exercise caution, especially at night. this minor issue pales in comparison to the overall luxurious experience of this hotel.
