I had a wonderful experience staying at Sterling Mac Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost luggage, which made my stay stress-free. The restaurant on the main floor was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

The database provided easy access to a wide range of information, allowing me to quickly find the data I needed for my work. the search function was very user-friendly, making the process of finding specific details a breeze.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, but the noise from the restaurant below was quite loud and disruptive at times. It would have been better if the sound insulation was improved to provide a more peaceful environment for guests.

The staff is helpful and friendly, room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is spacious and modern, pick-up service from the airport is efficient, security measures are in place, delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The rooms had a slightly weird smell and the housekeeping staff was not always consistent in keeping them clean. the noise level from other rooms and the hallway was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
